Homonoia, is the goddess and personification of concord, unanimity and oneness of mind, a member of The Praxidikai and the opposite of Eris, the goddess of strife in Greek Mythology.


Genealogy and Family[]

The daughter of Soter, the god of safety and Praxidike, the goddess of judicial punishment and vengeance, she has one sister, Arete, the goddess of excellence and virtue and one brother-Ktesios, a minor god of the household.

Role[]

Homonoia is a minor goddess (daimon) who represents the concept of order and unity, being of one mind together. And may have been closely associated with Harmonia, the goddess of harmony and concord. Homonoia and Arete are together known as the Praxidikai after their mother, being figures who preside over the exacting of justice.

There are not many stories of the Goddess Homonoia.
