Leuce is identified as the daughter of Oceanus and Tethys and a sister of the Potamoi.
Stories[]
Leuce who was considered as the most beautiful of all the nymphs, one day got abducted by a smitten Hades, who took her to the Underworld to be his lover. After living out the rest of her life down there she died and Hades asked his wife Persephone to turn her body into a tree and she became the first ever White Poplar tree.
Appearance and Personality[]
Not much is known about her personality. It appears that she didn't resist Hades when he abducted her and took her to the Underworld and accepted living down there for the rest of her life.
